What I do
Your struggle is real
You started your business because you had a vision, and you work very hard to bring it alive. Even though you need to update your website, write new blog posts to get your Google ranking up and make sure your social accounts are updated, bringing more money in is the top priority.
Time is money and not selling your product or service for a few hours, because you are work, is something you cannot afford.
This is when you Just Call Nadia.
Where I come from
Immediately before working as a freelancer, I worked as a Global Digital Marketing Project Manager at adidas HQ. Here, I was responsible for the launch of several websites and mobile apps such as Women’s and Men’s training, adidas by Stella McCartney and MiCoach.
In 2012 my family and I moved abroad. Not long after this move, I started working as a freelancer for small and medium-sized businesses around the globe. I work on their websites, write content and/or set up and manage their social media efforts.
Some companies I work/have worked with are Emma Pills, Michelle McQuaid, Digital Customer Care Company, Panache Training, Oya Creatief, and Enjoy Divine Nature.
Like you, they struggle to do it ALL alone.
They all have more work than they can handle, but not enough (income) for a full-time marketing employee, or they would like to stay flexible.
How I help
My strength is to listen to you. Listen to what you need, where you want to go and then give you an idea of how I can help you to get there.
We will come up with some simple, quick fixes and agree on some bite size projects that won’t take forever to finish.
If needed, we will work towards some mid or long-term projects, such as launching a new website or continuous support on social media updates. Regardless, together we will evolve your marketing efforts.
Perhaps you already have a clear marketing strategy, and you need somebody to do the leg work. No problem!
Whichever it is, Just Call Nadia
I cannot afford that!
You may wonder: “What is this all going to cost me?!”. After all, freelancers are expensive, right?
I guess the question is, how much is your time worth?
Some of my clients ask themselves, “What do I cost per hour? How much money can I make by doing what I do well instead of doing things that are more of a challenge to me? How many opportunities do I miss out on by not marketing myself properly? “
If you can put that into numbers, you can see for yourself what you will save when you start working with me.
And, it doesn’t cost anything to get an hourly quote…
How I work
After you contacted me, I will send you a list with a few questions. The answers will tell me where you and your company are at and what you are looking for, so I can already take a look at your website and social channels if you have any before speaking to you.
Then, we have a (video) call where we meet each other virtually. We will take some time to talk through what it is you need and how I could help.
I work on an hourly basis.
For some clients, I do small projects that last a week or two. However, with most clients, I have a long-term working relationship. We mutually agree upon a maximum number of hours each week. Sometimes it’s a little less, sometimes a bit more. But always upon mutual agreement.
For tracking my work, I use time-tracking software, and I will send out detailed invoices bi-weekly, so you can see what I have worked on.
And yes, I also work out of my time zone and out of my region. I live in Sydney, Australia, but my clients are all over the globe.
How I do the job
For communication and file sharing, I use a variety of tools. For example, Slack, Trello, Dropbox, Basecamp, Google suite, Skype, Zoom, email, WhatsApp, text messages and….the Phone. It depends on the tools my client uses. I adapt fast.
When it comes to website building and maintenance, I have worked extensively with WordPress, WooCommerce, Phoenix, Shopify, Squarespace and Wix.
My experience in the social space includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and StoryChief.
Newsletters I usually sent with Mailchimp, but can work with other platforms, such as Sendinblue, too.
